Announcement on purchase restrictions for bulk returns after bulk purchase

There has been an increase in bulk returns after bulk purchase recently, so we will have some restrictions for habitual cancellations/returns, thank you for your kind understanding.

If the high return rate (over 50%) continues for more than two times after purchasing in bulk purchases, we will restrict your purchase without advance notice.
(The same IP/address/phone number cannot be purchased as well)

Bulk Purchase: For ordering more than 20 items
- Purchasing multiple sizes/options of the same product
- A bulk of order of various products and return rate more than 50% 

We ask for your understanding since we would like to provide better service to customers through smooth delivery and inventory management.
